Georgio's Santa Maria BBQ

Grilled marinated tri tip, Santa Maria style, sliced thin and marinated, slow-cooked, whole chicken. Includes macaroni & cheese, ranch beans, garden green salad with assorted dressings and garlic bread. Our house bbq sauce and salsa fresca served on the side for an extra kick!

Backyard Grill

All beef 1/3 pound burgers, marinated lemon herb chicken breast and garden burgers grilled to perfection. Baby red potato salad, baked beans, assorted chips, buns & full array of condiments on the side. Juicy watermelon and pineapple slices included.

Island Smoked BBQ

Slow smoked pulled pork with Hawaiian sweet rolls, honey jalapeno chicken, baby red potato salad, bbq baked beans, creamy pineapple coleslaw, our house bbq sauce and extra sweet rolls generously served on the side with dill pickles and pickled onions.

Firehouse Wood Smoked BBQ

Slow smoked beef brisket, succulent dry rubbed ribs and whole bbq chicken. Includes macaroni & cheese, bbq baked beans, baby red potato salad, garden green salad with assorted dressings, soft rolls & butter or cornbread & honey butter. And sliced watermelon. Our house bbq sauce also generously served on the side.

Baja Fresh Grilled Fajitas

Grilled, sliced carne asada and marinated chipotle chicken tossed with seasoned and sauteed peppers & onion. Accompanied by black beans, cilantro lime rice, and fiesta green salad with chipotle ranch & cilantro lime dressings. Served with corn, flour tortillas and corn tortilla chips. Condiments include fresh salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cojita cheese, sliced fresh jalapenos and pickled onions.
