Build Your Own Deli Sandwich Platter

Assorted thin sliced deli meats, cheeses, & breads. Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and condiments on the side.  Meal to include Tim's Cascade chips and potato salad.  

Gourmet Salad Bar

Assorted garden greens and market fresh vegetables with selections of thin sliced herb lemon chicken breast, marinated flank steak, smoked bacon bits, hard boiled eggs, fresh rolls and butter and an assortment of dressings.

 Baked Potato Bar

Baked Idaho spuds, butter, sour cream, smoked bacon crumbles, green onion, steamed buttered broccoli, shredded cheese, fresh salsa, chili and a garden green salad with an assortment of dressings.

Classic Taco Bar

Seasoned chicken and ground beef, refried beans & fiesta rice accompanied by fiesta green salad with chipotle ranch & cilantro lime dressings. Served with corn, flour tortillas and corn tortilla chips. Condiments include fresh salsa, sliced avocados, sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced fresh jalapenos, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.

Chicken Enchiladas

Shredded chicken, smothered in a creamy tomato and green chili sauce. Accompanied by black beans, cilantro lime rice and fiesta green salad with chipotle ranch & cilantro lime dressings. Condiments include tortilla chips fresh salsa, sliced avocado and sour cream.
